I had Pollywog’s for the first time at the Rockdale Fair this year. Idk what kind of sorcery or black magic they put on my food, but I am completely and totally obsessed. The catfish was hands down the best catfish I have ever had in my ENTIRE LIFE. It was perfect all the way from the taste, batter, and quality of the cook. Same goes for the shrimp.
