Sometimes the chicken be too hard or you will get the wrong order
It's a hit and miss relative to service and food. I ordered late around 8pm The chicken breast I ordered was rubbery. Another time I when around noon the chicken was fresh and crispy. The last time I ordered online at the Popeyes near where I work around 2pm there was no one at the window, one employee was outside and one employee was in the lobby waiting to go home.
