The people who work are very sweet, helpful and give you a lot of positivity. obviously we are talking about mc donald's food obviously not fresh or quality, but "good", when you are in a hurry and have it as the only solution.
Elgin Location.Ordered at the kiosk & wanted to pay in cash at the register. Took about 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Drive through and Door Dash/Uber Eats seemed to be the priority. There should always be someone available running all aspects of the business.

So as I went in the restaurant to use the bathroom, I noticed that there was no soap dispenser let alone any soap. I wish my hands were cleaned so I could eat my food. Plus, the bathroom does need to be kept maintained, same for the drink machine area. Food and service was good of course.
