Okay, first of all, they took forever to give us our food in the drive-thru. Then they gave us the food in a dirty bag that had gravy or something disgusting on it. On top of that, the boneless wings we ordered had almost no sauce, even though we specifically requested extra sauce all over them. It was $20 for those alone. I like Popeyes, but this location specifically has terrible service.

I always get the same thing. Chicken sandwich, fries, and slaw. Every time the food is hot and fresh. Service is quick and friendly. While I'm not a fast food person, Popeye's(especially this location) is one of the two fast food joints I'll consider.
Jackie is the best store manager I have ever experienced in a long time since I've been coming to this location. Jackie shows the greatest customer service and knowledge out of every team member that has ever waited on me at this location. Jackie is greatly appreciated.

I came here yesterday with my dad. And we ordered a chicken tenders combo. But one of the biscuits were moldy. It had a mold spot on it. And gave us virus this morning. Can we visit another nearby location instead of this one? Because you'll need to shut down this location permanently.

I ordered 4 spicy wings earlier around 3pm. I received old, hard, chicken. I couldn't even bite it. I returned the chicken for a fresh order. The 2 mexican ladies were very upset. I did not receive fresh chicken AGAIN, && instead of ketchup, I was given a bag full of strawberry jam..? Wow. This Popeyes is the worst location I've experienced so far. If you like their chicken, go to a different location for fresh food && better service.
