I am not sure what has happened to this Cane's besides hiring individuals who aren't friendly and rush to take orders and try to be a smart "ass" and still get my order wrong.
If my son didn't like their food so much I wouldn't bother to even go here but after numerous bad experiences I rather drive 10 minutes longer to the other location on Eldridge where they can actually get my order correct and are a lot more friendly.
