I always enjoy coming to Shake Shack, especially this location, because the food is always fresh and delicious. I visited on 9/12 and unfortunately, my burger was made without the bacon I ordered. I called the location and spoke with Philip, the General Manager, and explained what happened. He was very professional, understanding, and immediately told me to come back and that they would make it right and refund me.

Josiah was an excellent team member going above and beyond to make sure our experience was more than delightful. he was very attentive , helpful and kind . just based on his service alone I will definitely be back to this location!
Really enjoyed this Shake Shack location. The food was fresh, hot, and really good, and the service was just as solid. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was nice, and everything came out pretty quickly. Overall, just a really good experience from start to finish. Definitely a place I’d come back to when I’m in the area.
