Coffee ☕ was not fresh
I’m giving them 4 stars because the service is always excellent. My only complaint is about the glazed donuts. Every other Shipley I’ve been to makes sure you get warm glazed donuts in the morning. Of the 20+- times I have been to this location, I have received warm donuts twice despite asking for them. Usually they are room temperature or cooler.
