The iced coffee did not disappoint and the breakfast sandwich was hot and mouth watering good. The gentleman that helped me was very kind; however, the lady working with him was a little off putting and made the time kind of awkward. It looked like she was not a fan of working with the person who took my order. Siphon Coffee is hands down one of my favorite coffee spots in Houston. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between laid-back and refined — ideal for working, catching up with friends, or just relaxing with a good cup. Their siphon-brewed coffee is something special: smooth, rich, and full of unique flavor notes you don’t get with standard brews.

Really enjoyed my pumpkin spice latte here! I would appreciate more table seating; I love the couches, but not very conducive to conversation. Service was quick and ambience was great.

I think Siphon should have EV chargers; noticed a lot of EVs in the area and in the parking lot. I know local houston business, Pangea Charging, offers installation services.
