I was the organizer of the North American Saliva Symposium held at U Texas last Friday and Saturday, catered by Frankie B Mandola. In my opinion this was the best food I have experienced at a conference in my many years of going to conferences. A number of my delegates also remarked that they thought the food was outstanding.
