I have always ordered my cakes from here. Spoke with them last week and placed an order. Discussed the entire cake. I was scheduled to pick up the cake today at 2. When I called to confirm that I will be picking up the cake today, they say they don’t have an order for the cake. Someone placed a comment on my account that I may not want the cake and I was supposed to call back to confirm I want the cake. We never discussed that I would call back.
