“I had an outstanding experience during my visit. It was my first time there, and after a friend treated me to a drink I absolutely loved, I felt compelled to return. Initially, I was a bit unsure about the name of the drink, but when I asked the staff for assistance, they went above and beyond. One employee even took the time to prepare a sample for me, ensuring I found exactly what I was looking for. I truly appreciate the exceptional service I received today. “The best experience ever. I have been drinking smoothie king for a long time and I have been insisting on it. However, I have to say that I met the most enthusiastic smoothie clerk here. She let me download the app, let me get more coupons, and soon let me get a cup of smoothie that I am satisfied with.“

“I had a very good coconut smoothie bowl! Gluten free and Dairy free! The Purely Elizabeth granola really blended well with the coconut base and fruit toppings. Next time I’ll order w/o bananas but other than that very tasty 😋!

“I get smoothies from the location off of FM 1960 and Veteran’s Memorial almost every day. Yes, it’s possible my girlfriend and I are addicted to them, but that’s a different chapter.

Laura M, and Felicia, are always there to greet us with a smile and provide brief but friendly conversation. For some reason, and unlike many other “fast food” type establishments, they never get our orders wrong. It is possible that they have memorized them by now, but it’s still nice to know we can be in and out without additional stress.

When raise time comes around, management should definitely reward these two with a monetary “thank you” for keeping people like us happy.

I always get The Hulk Strawberry at this location on Memorial — especially when Judy is on the team. She knows how to make it just right — not over-frozen, not too liquidy. She hits that perfect blend every time! 🙌🏽

I’m pretty sure Judy’s solid at anything else on the menu too. It’s like she just gets it. The moment I found out she was the one making my smoothie, it became hard to trust any other location. This ain’t a hit or miss — it’s a hit for sure.

So yeah… consider this your friendly warning:
If Judy makes your smoothie, just know you might get hooked. 💯“

“The employees there go over and above to make sure that you're drinking is there and ready before you even walk into the store. (Even when it says you have 10 or 15 minutes before it's ready) Speedy delivery is the name for the store.“

“Fantastic smoothie operation they have going here. Despite it being hidden in the tunnel and a little bit of a task to find, these ladies and gentleman know what’s up. They are very quick, efficient and offer a smile and a nice, friendly, “How can I help you?” Super fast, even when busy/crowded during the lunch hours, but after lunch hours pass, they are quite dead and you can get by with little to no line, and out within 5min. “Awesome Duos serving Delicious Duos at Smoothie King. It was a perfect time for a brunch and when I entered I was greeted with a very sweet smile by a pretty young lady, though she was busy behind the counter serving a customer, she made it point to greet me with a smile. That made my day. The young gentleman behind the cash counter exactly knew what I was looking for. I ordered for a Loaded Avacado Toast with a strawberry smoothie, with no sugar. The Avacado Toast was very well done and the pretty lady made my smoothie just the way I wanted it. Awesome food, Great Service.“

“This was my third visit to this said Smoothie King location, (I’ve been working at Greenway Plaza and will be until the end of the year, so I will be visiting here often) needless to say this was the first time that this location wasn’t so crazed and hectic, lol. I had received my order within minutes!! lol. I’m sure the times that I’ve come in the past weren’t the best times, being around 12-1pm and 3-5pm. It also has lots of traffic from a LA Fitness next door. Nonetheless, the staff here have always been fantastic :)) !! The ladies that work here are very kind, helpful, waste no time getting your order out and have a great attitude and energy :)). It will probably be a weekly occurrence for me until my project is done in this area. So looking ahead, I know that what is expected is gtg!!“

I asked for a recommendation and she gave me a couple of options and was very patient while I made my decision and asked questions as I’m not usually comfortable switching things up. “Perfect for this summer heat! I had the new watermelon smoothie and tried their new fruit bowls. What a power packed bowl of nutrition! $11.99 each and well worth it. Very tasty and actually big enough to make 2 “meals” out of one. The Berry Goji Getaway has strawberries, mango, goji berries and coconut flakes. I added granola to mine. It was very good and refreshing. They have 6 bowls. I will have to try the others. Service was great and the shop was clean. I got a bad of their veggie chops for a snack. They were good too.“

“This place is amazing. The staff is always patient and understanding, especially the afternoon shift. Smoothies are thick and creamy even though my order is complicated and over the top (sorry girls!). The wait can get a little lengthy at around 3 or 4 in the afternoon, but it’s worth it. There’s many horror stories on here, but people need to be mature enough to realize that the food industry is in a difficult position. I’d recommend the Island Impact w/ strawberries or the PeanutPower Strawberry!TL;DRSmoothies are superb. Staff is friendly and helpful. (Hi Lexi!) BTW don’t be a Karen if the workers don’t happen to know every single detail about the 80+ drinks available, Google is your friend, use it.“

I am sure I will be going back much more often since they have a low-carb low-sugar option and my girlfriend is diabetic and has to limit her carbohydrates per day as well.
