Smoothie King in Houston

“I get smoothies from the location off of FM 1960 and Veteran’s Memorial almost every day. Yes, it’s possible my girlfriend and I are addicted to them, but that’s a different chapter.

Laura M, and Felicia, are always there to greet us with a smile and provide brief but friendly conversation. For some reason, and unlike many other “fast food” type establishments, they never get our orders wrong. It is possible that they have memorized them by now, but it’s still nice to know we can be in and out without additional stress.

When raise time comes around, management should definitely reward these two with a monetary “thank you” for keeping people like us happy.

“The best experience ever. I have been drinking smoothie king for a long time and I have been insisting on it. However, I have to say that I met the most enthusiastic smoothie clerk here. She let me download the app, let me get more coupons, and soon let me get a cup of smoothie that I am satisfied with.“

“Omg gotta give credit for amazing service so this location went above and beyond i had a bad expirance on the 22nd and I didnt know with who to place blame I only knew I ordered through app so I called store direct and they said manager wasent available but they would let her know so I did have to trash my smoothie cause it wasent secure when I received it and it wasent full so I was not trusting it better safe then sorry so I asked for refund never heard back week later no refund yet so called to check in well manager Saud she did process it and company was suppose to reach out they didn't but I was like ok when she said it could take up to 15 day to see refund but still sad as im broke and was hoping for that refund to buy a smoothie today since I had to trash the one a week ago she asked my address and out of the kindness in her heart brought me a smoothie since im stuck at work and cant leave so if the refund does come cool ill just respond it with her store now 100% even if it dosent I got my now drinkable smoothie and will deff order from them everytime im on the river oaks side of town working :) thank you for awesome service 😀“

I always get The Hulk Strawberry at this location on Memorial — especially when Judy is on the team. She knows how to make it just right — not over-frozen, not too liquidy. She hits that perfect blend every time! 🙌🏽

I’m pretty sure Judy’s solid at anything else on the menu too. It’s like she just gets it. The moment I found out she was the one making my smoothie, it became hard to trust any other location. This ain’t a hit or miss — it’s a hit for sure.

So yeah… consider this your friendly warning:

“Perfect for this summer heat! I had the new watermelon smoothie and tried their new fruit bowls. What a power packed bowl of nutrition! $11.99 each and well worth it. Very tasty and actually big enough to make 2 “meals” out of one. The Berry Goji Getaway has strawberries, mango, goji berries and coconut flakes. I added granola to mine. It was very good and refreshing. They have 6 bowls. I will have to try the others. Service was great and the shop was clean. I got a bad of their veggie chops for a snack. They were good too.“

I asked for a recommendation and she gave me a couple of options and was very patient while I made my decision and asked questions as I’m not usually comfortable switching things up. “Im a regular here, I come multiple times a week. They have awesome service at this location, I place my online order about ten mins in advance and it’s always ready when I get there. Great for picking up on my short 30 min lunch break at work. Maggie, the manager and all the employees are all really nice“

Smoothies are thick and creamy even though my order is complicated and over the top (sorry girls!). The wait can get a little lengthy at around 3 or 4 in the afternoon, but it’s worth it. There’s many horror stories on here, but people need to be mature enough to realize that the food industry is in a difficult position.
