“Shelby deserves some major props!! I came in for a Smoothie Bowl and she was working alone. I could tell she was a little frazzled but she kept a smile on her face regardless. Usually theres atleast 2 people in here working, ESPECIALLY on a Friday evening. But working solo she had a line of cars in the drive thru while I was inside and was handling it like a champ!!“
“Double charged accidentally by employee who was very apologetic, and they frequently have credit card machine issues at this location. The employee called manager and confirmed that I was double charged, manager was unwilling to handle and advised would reach out later, which he did not. Weeks later when I was able to speak with a manager he was unwilling to correct and advised to dispute the charge with my credit card company.A franchise consultant for smoothie king reached out after seeing a negative review and rectified the situation. I appreciate the corporations willingness to correct a wrong, I only wish the manager had used better discretion.Outside this isolated experience I have nothing but positive things to say concerning smoothie king and their products.“
“Been coming to this smoothie king every week for almost 3 years straight. And I gotta say this is the best location around here. The staff is absolutely amazing and always makes the smoothies just beyond what any other location can do. always look forward to seeing the staff and greatly appreciate how awesome the manager is here. She’s made my smoothies perfect every time for years now and when I have to go to other location I notice such a difference in quality that just doesn’t compare to this spot.“

“Went through the drive-thru and everyone was so friendly and made our order correctly and very quick. It was my first time having an açai bowl after wanting to try one for a long time, and it surpassed my expectations! I will definitely be back for another one in the near future.They noticed our dog in the backseat and kindly offered us a pup cup which we didn't know they did there, so we all left very happy!“
“unsure of why this store has some bad ratings as of late. The last couple months, the staff has been wonderful, especially the morning and day staff. They are friendly, polite, enthusiastic, and seem to like their jobs. always giving recommendations, I rarely have to wait more than a few mins unless they are super busy then that's understandable. Savana is so friendly she makes me want to come back just to talk to her. Sarah put me on to the vegan protein. and just once go in and watch the girls work they are hilarious will make your day. so I'm unsure if these recent reviews are mistaking the store for another location I've even spoke to a few other people that go to the store and they love the staff and they love the store now I will admit a few months back the store is pretty bad, but it's been rested and under a new manager and it's wonderful it is fast food they do get busy even if there's nobody in their drive-through, they could have a ton of mobile orders so if I have to wait a couple minutes every once in a while that's totally fine that just means I get to speak to my friends at Smoothie King a little longer.“
