“I am so sad that I didn’t get the names of the two young ladies working today around 4:00 PM at the Smoothie King on Jones Road and FM 1960, because they both provided wonderful customer service!
When I asked what was good, the young lady who rang me up gave me great information and helped me choose an absolutely unbelievable Smoothie King bowl. Before I left, she also encouraged me to come back and try the flatbread.
The watermelon smoothies made by the other young lady are absolutely delicious! My husband and I were both extremely happy with our smoothies and treats.
I cannot express how happy I am with today’s experience. Good job, ladies! If no one has told you yet—good job, good job, good job! Please keep up the amazing work. You both had beautiful smiles, wonderful eye contact, and such sweet and welcoming personalities.

“Naomi, Logan, Oscar, Yare, are all awesome. They were very helpful, friendly, forthcoming. I am Glad I swung by tonight. I got a get fit gladiator Vanilla with almond butter and bananas. The smoothie was on point. Also a toast with peanut butter and i couldn't believe how delicious the combination was. Truly satisfied with the service and the products I chose. “Fantastic smoothie operation they have going here. Despite it being hidden in the tunnel and a little bit of a task to find, these ladies and gentleman know what’s up. They are very quick, efficient and offer a smile and a nice, friendly, “How can I help you?” Super fast, even when busy/crowded during the lunch hours, but after lunch hours pass, they are quite dead and you can get by with little to no line, and out within 5min. The smoothies they make here are always on point and this is becoming one of my favorite locations when in this area :)) 💪🔥🔥“

“My family stopped here after a world cup game recently. The entire staff was friendly and professional, and the smoothies were excellent.

However the reason I am leaving this review is to highlight the staff after we left. We were waiting outside down by the road for an Uber, and my uncle had a small medical emergency where he passed out shortly. The manager rushed out with some cold water to check on us, and then a short while later a 2nd member came as well. They even spoke a little German with us which impressed us. They make my Açaí Bowl perfect every single time. Like, not once have they messed it up. It’s always so good, so fresh. The staff here is seriously the sweetest ! they’re always so friendly and welcoming.

The moment you walk in, it feels clean, pretty, and just super inviting. I love the vibe here! And I’m not kidding when I say I’d much rather drive 15 minutes to this location than go to the one that’s 5 minutes from my house. The other spot doesn’t even come close not even a little bit!
