Terrible service is the best way to describe a couple of the people who work here. They completely lack manners and customer service. Why would you put someone in drive-thru service who does greet customers or ask for add-ons?Last time I had to ask for the add-on and the guy did not let me know that Smoothie King offered a free additional add-on if a certain add-on is purchased. This time, the guy did not even offer add-ons. Maybe the owner needs to train their staff.

This locations smoothies are more quickly made than other locations but they absolutely just waisted my time.. I literally woke up 40 min early this morning.. aka, lost 40 min of sleep that I needed! but instead, woke up early to try to get a good start to my morning w a healthy breakfast and they were not open at 7:22. Their online hours say 7. Management.. you really need to change that so people don’t waist their time…
