Waited in the drive thru line for 38mins. Speaker was broken so had to order at window. Once I got to the window I wasn’t granted the 1/2 price drink cause it was 4:05. I told them i was here in line for 38mins which is way before 4 to get the special. She was rude and yelled at me that I wasn’t getting the 1/2 drink. I go there every other day now sadly I will never go there again.
I ordered ahead using the app. After arriving and waiting for 15 minutes, i noticed a steady stream of customers arriving, ordering, getting food, and driving off as I waited on food. i called and voiced my concern to the manager. She assured me that my order would not be cold. It was...
