Don't order the huevos rancheros at brunch, they're just eggs with habanero sauce on them and calling them huevos rancheros is extremely misleading. Also it's always too loud inside and outside the restaurant. Other than that it's really good.

I would go 6 stars or more for Faustino our server last night for dinner. My wife, suegra, and I ate at Sotos on Grant and it was excellent in every way as usual. What was exceptional was Faustino. We dine out often and his service was such a cut above that we answered 1/3 as many questions. He just did what he knew we would say. Absolutely reminiscent of fine dining at 5 or 6 times the price. Management; watch him work and teach it to the other staff. Nothing against the other...

I went to eat at Soto’s Cantina this Monday with no expectations, and I ended up having the best experience I could have imagined. I ordered a poblano en crema, and it was really tasty, fresh, and delicious. The margaritas here are out of this world, and as for the service, Luz is the best waitress I’ve ever had; I’ll definitely be back just for her. I loved EVERYTHING.
