Southern Donuts is a highly recommended restaurant. The smoke sausage and jumbo kolache, boudain kolache, spicy chapel hill kolache, and glazed doughnut holes are delicious. The smoked sausage kolache is super tender and easy to bite through. The bacon, egg, and cheese is homemade and sweet. The restaurant has a warm welcome and incredible, quick service. Prices are very reasonable. The Vietnamese coffee is magnificent, with a creamy flavor. The plain, glazed doughnut is lighter and airier, with a crackle on the outside that melts in the mouth. Southern Donuts has a decent variety of donuts and drinks, with a limited breakfast menu. The service is good and the atmosphere is average, but the donuts taste good. The portions are way generous.
