Based on reviews, Space City BBQ & Beyond (Food Truck) serves absolutely the best barbecue with incredible flavor, cooked to perfection. The brisket is a must and excellent, even great after being in the fridge. The loaded baked potato is a highlight. The food is delicious, very flavorful, and comes in good portion sizes. The service is outstanding and the staff is friendly. They have lovely outdoor tables setup with music to enjoy, and a nice patio area. The catering is good from the beginning to the end of the contract. Highly recommend a stop if in the hobby airport area.
