This location does not create drinks in the order received. I place my mobile order from my home 20 minutes away and 9 out of 10 times, its not ready. They wait until you show up and ask who's waiting for a mobile order. Today, my venti latte cup wasn't even full. it's ridiculous!
I would like to say that my family has been going to the Starbucks in Kingwood, TX for over 15 years. I personally visit this Starbucks three times per week and my mom frequents the same location several times per week as well. I have never been so poorly attended and had such a poor experience as my visit today. The 1pm team at this location is completely incompetent and does not care about providing good service.
