Tried the truck out on cypresswood. So this wasnt as “bussing” as ive heard it was. It was good but not great. Very salty after a while, the seasoning was overpowering after 1 and a half chops and 3 wings. Looked like the grease was getting old but everything was cooked to perfection as far as doneness , crispy and texture. Just seasoning a little bit too much.
