I wish I could give this place less stars. We went by the store and saw some item we wanted to buy. Ate at the Rustic with plenty of time to spare. Walked across to the store at 8:20 PM and was confused to why the gate was pulled closed. When we asked the two ladies what was going on they stated the store was not busy and decided to close before 9:00 PM as posted. I asked if I could purchase the items I was looking at and they rudely said no! Do better!
Agree customer service is lackingApparently the self service is not as easy as normal scanning - You just have to believe me on this.
Rude service. Literal eyeroll from cashier and was overcharged.
