I wrote my last review of Zeppelin in 2016. While I have not written one in awhile, I frequent the restaurant at least once of month if not more often. They made a change to their process which has sped up the line. They no longer rocker-cut the salad into small bits. The current process is to leave your salad in tact with larger pieces. They add your dressing choice and toss it with tongs to completely cover all the the ingredients. You can stop there and eat it like a regular...read full review
