We are regulars, but just ate at The Blue Fish for Valentine’s Day. The manager was very hands on, helping his staff and very personable with every table. He truly made our night. We come often, but tonight was our first experience with him as the manager on duty. Great food, quality sushi, and great leadership. We will continue to come back!
This is probably my favorite restaurant because I love sushi & I love fried rice. Not only that, but it is rarely too busy to be seated immediately upon arrival and the quality of food is always great. There’s a dish I had several years ago that no longer appears on the menu, but I’m able to order it every single time I go. This is one of my favorite seafood restaurants. The seafood is fresh and the atmosphere is very calm. It’s good for a date and also just to go with family. My favorite is the Volcano Roll. I just love it!
