Del Vista has truly set the standard for exceptional dining for us. Month after month, the kitchen delivers standout cuisine with remarkable consistency, paired with an attentive, welcoming staff that makes every visit feel special. It has easily become our go-to spot at least once a month, and it never fails to impress.
Del Vista is a great restaurant that we frequent often, especially for special occasions. Our experience is typically excellent - this time it was not quite as good as usual, hence the lower rating. The tomatoes in the caprese salad were very disappointing - surprised they served them, although they were good enough not to charge us for the salad. This is certainly a high end restaurant but good value when compared with similar locations around town. A very reasonable wine list.

The Del Restaurant & Bar is a highly recommended establishment that offers a diverse menu with something for everyone. The gluten-free pasta option and the superb pork chop entree, served with mashed potatoes, asparagus, and fried onions, are standouts. Customers enjoy the cozy indoor seating as well as the lovely outdoor patio, making it a great choice for both casual and special occasions.
The restaurant is known for its excellent food and attentive service. The salmon entree is consistently good, and the pizzas and the flavorful Peasant Bread appetizer also receive praise. Customers have been impressed with the large portion sizes of the entrees, as well as the consistently delicious and fresh food and drinks, including the Orange Blossom, Buffalo Orange Old Fashioned, and French 75. The filet with bone marrow butter, grilled salmon with cucumber avocado relish, and seared Ahi tuna have all been cooked to perfection, and the Tres Leches and Whiskey pecan pie with chocolate chips have been equally as good as the entrees.
