My car was broken into 6/14/25. The staff, manager or security weren’t helpful. The manager told me to have a great rest of my evening after telling me that there wasn’t anything they could do since they have useless security cameras. They could only see the thieves walking around with flashlights and the break in but not who it was. The security guard found my belongings outside my vehicle at 9:30 pm after the fact. My daughter’s car was broken into along with other guests last night. The grainy security camera shows a grainy video of the security guard being around while the thieves were using flashlights to steal.
Never stopped them. Maybe it’s an inside job. Topgolf should have better cameras as expensive as it is. They certainly don’t care about their customers and or employees. NOT A SAFE PLACE TO GO TO.
