It's fascinating to observe all servers and cook working in one accord. Located in historic S.E. Houston, it's a joy seeing everyone enjoying themselves. “Three brothers having breakfast. They got my over easy eggs wrong twice, but did correct it. Some tried to convince me it’s normal for egg whites to be runny with over easy. CIA and Google said even with over easy, it’s supposed to be a solid. Still giving them five stars since staff were overall in good spirits.“
“This Waffle House has the best grits in Houston. I don't care the hour, day and second you go. Who ever is making these grits know what they are doing. Like any typical Waffle House it's sticky but if the floor ain't sticky I don't want to eat there (only for Waffle House). Thats the seasoning of the resturants. Miss Cynthia is the sweetest and has been there for year. But my server is Michaela she gives great customer service. She has a serious face but she takes good care of me when I'm there. If you are ever in the area stop by this place set the grits, sit in Michaela section and ask for a hot cup of water ( iykyk).“

It's always nice to have someone who genuinely seems to care about the customers. “I want to address Waffle House fans here. You know who you are.
You know as well as I do that there are good Waffle Houses, and dysfunctional, poorly-run, deplorable Waffle Houses. And frankly, when visiting a location for the first time, one must take the Forrest-with-the-box-of-chocolates approach- never knowing what you're gonna get.
I was taking granddaughter #1 (age 14) to the orthodontist, and wanted to take her to the closest Waffle House- turned out to be this one. She's been a fan since I first took her to one when she was 8.
So let me assure you, this was the REAL Waffle House experience that we wanted- the customer-oriented, no filter, genuine personalities working there, having a good day, making us happy to be there, thinking we made a good choice. Food was fast and hot and exactly as ordered, and the store was clean.

“First off the food was great second of all the service was amazing Ashley our server did an amazing job attending to us and asking what we needed and bringing us our food fresh. And kept checking on us if we were good. The atmosphere was amazing they had good music and it was a good vibe.
