“I have eaten on certain occasions, the food is very good, the quality of their products is excellent, as is the bread, it is very fresh and spongy, what we all look for in a sandwich. The only observation is in the staff since sometimes they are not very courteous. On certain occasions, I have been served by a young woman, Tereza, I think her name is, and she has not been very good when she received my order. Customer service should be fundamental. It is of no use to have good food when the customer service is not good.“

It’s far easier to talk big about what you can and will do, far harder to deliver on all those promises. Which they did. They went above and beyond at our wedding and truly made it a perfect experience. You could not ask for kinder staff/ownership, or better food for that matter. And all so reasonably priced. “This location is wonderful! The sandwiches are well made and the employees are ALWAYS nice and super helpful!!! If you get the giant size sandwich it’s definitely enough to feed a family of 4 for about $16 and all you need with it is some bags of chips. Definitely recommend!“
