“I don't mind the line to order. I just hate being rushed through my order. There was no one ahead of or behind us, so there was no reason to rush us. It'd been years since we've been and we weren't familiar with the menu and combos. All I wanted was a chili dog, a corn dog, tots and a drink. But there's no such combo, so I had to order the corn dog separately. The food was good, except for the tots. They'd obviously been refried because they had that previously cooked consistency and retained a lot of grease. Fresh tots would've gotten you 5 stars on the food. I don't know if anything can get 5 stars on service unless your employees are retrained to have a minute of patience. The decor was cute though.“

“My wife and I tried out the Food Zone in Porter today. We had been wanting to try it out but had not made time to try one of these food trucks. As far as the Food Zone is concerned, I was happy to see how clean it was. The gem for me is El Rey de Las Tortas. I was very pleased with the selection to choose from. The place is neat and clean. The music was not loud and nice to hear. I like the TV screens for entertainment. I ate the torta La Aborazada. It was such a good torta. They pack it with meat and all the good stuff. I was so full I could not finish it. I like that it came with fries and a small cup of charro beans. I definitely recommend to try this place out. I will be going back and I will update this review as I try more options.“

“The first time in hippo burger hamburger and onion was very good but when I went back my hamburger was put in the container upside down causing the top of the bun to be wet from all the juice from the lettuce and tomatoes. I was charge 5.99 for ea 16oz shake The onion were still very good“

“NEVER MISSES! I absolutely love going here at least once a week to get my snowball (I’d go more if my husband wouldn’t judge me lol). The sweetest owner! Lots of different flavors that are all amazing and amazing chili to go with frito pie or nachos. Would recommend 100X!!“

“⭐️⭐️ No se que esté pasando con este lugar, la comida tiene muy buen sabor los precios también son buenos pero las últimas veces que he comprado aquí es como si no quisieran vender más o ya estuvieran tan cansados que solo no les importa. Compré dos hamburguesas y me dice el señor en la ventanilla no ahí papas fritas, le dije si está bien su respuesta fue una mirada rara y cuestionándome si aún así las quería. Le dije que si y me miró decepcionado mientras anotaba la orden. El precio fue el mismo con o sin papas y no se preocupó por tampoco ofrecerme algún otro substituto por las papas. Pague por que como dije antes la comida tiene buen sabor pero la verdad no se me hace justo ya que no es la primera ves que me pasa esta situación a mi o algún conocido por ejemplo a mi hermana. Cuento ella me lo contó me dijo que la persona que tomo su orden fue también grosero con ella y su novio. Es un hombre de tes obscura y usa lentes.
