“Just left this store, the service was spectacular Isaac was very kind and helpful. I got 2 scoops on a sugar cone, usually many people get upset about giving me 2 scoops on a sugar cone, truthfully im not cheap I just don’t want a big ol cone. He gave it to me with a smile on his face.“

I had such a great experience here! The drink I ordered was extremely delicious and full of flavor and super refreshing. But the star for me was definitely the churro ice cream. It was so tasty, perfectly sweet, and had that fresh churro flavor that really stands out. I’ll be craving it for sure!
On top of that, the customer service was amazing. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel appreciated as a customer. My order was prepared and delivered really fast, which was a nice bonus. It’s clear they take pride in both their food and the experience they provide.
I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending this place to others. If you’re thinking about trying it, do it! You won’t be disappointed.“

“I have never had a complaint until today. I love menchies, I visit about once a week or every other week. Today was the first time where I decided to try a waffle cone instead of putting my yogurt in a cup. That was a mistake because it was extremely stale. It was so stale that I could barely bite into it. I couldn't finish it because it ruined my appetite, so essentially, I paid $7 for a few just bites of yogurt. It was gross.“
“So today I decided to take my daughter to Deerbrook Mall with her friend.She wanted to go because it ls spring break and just to get out of the house.I decided to treat myself to Marble Slab while I was waiting for them.I got the pina colada ice cream with nuts and added gummies and I also got the waffle cone.it was really good the service was good.I really enjoyed it and I will definitely be going back.“

“I wanted to write this review. There’s another location not to far away that is to be avoided. This location though is simply AWESOME!! The men and women who work there are simply amazing. They know my name and order and every time I go in they are on it and doing a great job. This place has customer service that is at level 100!! Love the location and I will take my money to them. Loyalty is everything.“
