“This ihop is the best ihop around Dfw great service excellent people that work there. Very attentive. Always clean. Never have to wait long for table or food. If you go there make sure you ask for the A1 waitress Stephanie. She is the best and will make sure you leave happy. The manager Linda, the best ihop store manager in the Dfw is the greatest she’s always on the scene making sure customers are satisfied. There isn’t a negative thing to say about this place.“

“Had a wonderful breakfast here this morning Sunday May 26, the staff was 🤩 amazing service was definitely an A+. I ordered the Mi Amigo Omelette with hash browns and sourdough toast😏 Delicious 🤤 coffee was on point very good. The atmosphere was good as well. Pricing was decent spent about $50 meals were around $10/$15 range and found something really good to add to our orders. The Hot Sauce was the best! Bought two bottles to take home and will most likely need more😁 in time. We came from Springfield, Mo and it definitely made us feel like home. Thank you and we will be back next trip😉“

“This restaurant has been my go-to brunch place for at least 2 years, the atmosphere is quaint, calm, with soft ambient sound and its homey decorations very easy to have a conversation and everything I've tried has been delicious. I never fail to clear my plate I will definitely come back every time I'm in town. I personally recommend the omlettes or skillets and the side of potatoes is especially good. The owners are very nice and care a lot about their customers, & as a regular they always ask me about whats new in life!

Overall 10/10 and as a local I would reccomend it over the other breakfast places in the area“

“1st time visiting. Seems they want to compete with 1st Watch. Very similar decor and even took naming and few items close to their competition. The food is excellent and the pancakes are ginormous. The French Toast was delicious. That's where my positive review stops for us. If you want to continue the party scene to breakfast this is your jam. Live DJ and very loud music. We had a table of 8 and couldn't talk. It was too much for us when we wanted relaxing conversation.“

They get you seated very quickly (wait times are never egregious), the staff is always very kind and attentive. They go above and beyond. I decided to customize my order yesterday when I went and the waitress got everything correct. She added cheese to my eggs and she even allowed me to substitute the meat for a muffin even though the menu said that you couldn't do that. The food is wonderful and if the menu is to be believed, ethically sourced. Their juices are excellently prepared. All of them. They've got a new tropical one that is orange and it was really good. But honestly it's hard for me to just pick one to drink when I go because they are all terrific. Anyways, go here, give them your money, it's worth it. First Watch is an establishment that I hope is around for many, many years to come.“

“This is my second time here. Just like my first vist, it was wonderful. We had the same waiter Bryan, who by the way is freaking fantastic. I had the Loaded Hash Browns, and let me tell you it was great. They use fresh finely chopped red onions on the top. Perfection, then topped with sasuage gravy. Oh I definitely will need to walk some after that meal, but it was well worth it.
There prices I didn't think was bad at all, mine was $12.99.
If you haven't tried this restaurant, I highly recommend it.“

“It was late when we arrived and we were told to grab a menu and seat ourselves. We did which was no problem. The man who told us he usually washes dishes took our order. Food arrived fairly timely for the situation at that time. Food was decent and refills were hard to get. I would give them another chance. Maybe more staff next time.“

The dressing in the greens with the avocado toast was made with olive oil & was just right flavor (no seed oil). Dark roast coffee was organic. Tea selected was organic & my wife loved it. Restaurant chairs are metal & the only drawback, but we moved to the coffee area soft chairs after breakfast for further discussions & coffee.“

“We had breakfast here this weekend and the food was delicious! The cafe de olla was good, I liked that it wasn’t too sweet. But no fee refills so that’s a bummer. The chilaquiles were great! The salsas had a good level of spice to them and the meat was really flavorful. The Gansito pancakes were also great. All the portions here are pretty big so they’re great for sharing. They also gave us free mini concha’s for they’re anniversary! They only do counter service which is kinda weird, so you have to order and pay first then they’ll bring you out your food, but we had plenty of people check on us throughout our meal so it really wasn’t an issue. Would definitely come back again!“

“I go to IHOP once in a blue moon. This was my first time at this location. I was sat towards the back of the restaurant in a quiet area. This was perfect because there wasn't a whole lot of hustle and bustle where I was. My waitress Kimberly T was spot on and checked on me frequently. Her customer service was outstanding! The food was hot and plentiful. I'm glad I made the stop after my doctor's appointment. I'll be back to visit this location in the future!“
