I ordered off the app this morning the location at 1316 W pipeline Rd and it was confirmed and money out of my account. I get to the location at 830 am and Noone is there and doors are locked. This is the 2nd time this place has been locked up in the morning...never again from this location
The manager working Thursday nights is rude af. She was talking to me like I’m stupid. I Ask for a side of peanut butter and she said where is smoothie place we make smoothies we don’t sell sides of peanut butter. I used to work for smoothie king and I know for a fact that you could charge someone for a side of peanut butter and then put it in a cup for them. They need to put their managers through customer service course.
