“I am the first one to give a critical review when service is not up to par, however when my order was delivered incorrectly I did not hesitate to call the restaurant and air my frustrations with the manager on duty who happened to be Shannon. After recently being sick all I wanted was this bowl of soup -and when it arrived wrong I was just defeated! In addition I didn’t realize that Panera bread has driven a stake in the ground around preservatives and does not offer crackers with their soup. Shannon went out of her way to personally come to my place of business and deliver the correct soup and a box of saltines to me that she purchased elsewhere. What an exceptional display of leadership and service. Thank you, thank you Shannon for this compassion and great service. I truly appreciate it, I hope this review is seen by your upper management.“
“This is easily my favorite ramen spot in Arlington! The menu has consistent, great flavors and the staff are incredibly kind. I HIGHLY recommend! If you can’t tell by the multiple pictures, my partner and I frequent this shop because of how great it is. This restaurant is off of Abram St near UTA, so be aware of traffic/ tight parking at times.Parking: There are multiple parking options: you can reverse park along Abram, Center, or Mesquite st, or there is a free parking garage with entrances on both Center and Mesquite.“
“The restaurant is clean and bright with fast, friendly service. The food was delicious. I wish I would have gotten a picture but I was too busy enjoying the meal. I ordered the lean brisket pho and was pleased to see that they offer a kids pho portion. My 5 year old loves pho and this was the perfect serving size. We also ordered the chicken bahn mi. It was super flavorful! Would definitely recommend checking this place out.Kid-friendliness: They offer a kids portion of pho which I’ve never seen at a pho restaurant before.“
“We have been going here for years. Haven’t been in a while but it did not disappoint. The place was crazy busy which is great. Placed my to go order for a John Wayne and Plain Jane on a bed ( with the best raspberry walnut vinaigrette) and I was out in less than 5 minutes. The food was delicious as always. We will remember to come back more often!“
“Well for starters I'm new to this particular area, but this place is a must go to for Thai food. I thoroughly enjoyed our experience and the food most of all. I had the Lad Nah and also had some of the chicken noodle soup which was amazing! The owner Newly is so approachable and was so attentive to her restaurant. My son had Orange chicken, and I don't know what my mom had but it was a curry dish, but she loved it. If your truly a foodie, this is your place.“
“We usually went there for the deli items. But this time we went there with the family. Ordered an extra large pho it and rice plate. The service and rice plate were okay. The pho was delicious and came with two beef ribs, and we also added meatballs.“
“The appearance when I walked in is how I knew it was going to be good. My close friends took me here for lunch and the food was excellent. Idk what pickled lemonade even is but it was the best lemonade I've ever had. They used a plate my family used when I was a kid with the green flowers for the vegetables and it made it even better, I loved all of it. I will def go back when I'm in the area! I had beef pho and hope to try other dishes next time!“
“My family and I went here for out monthly outing. As soon as they opened at noon we were ready to eat. The seafood was good and fresh. The only thing that wasn't great was my daughter asking for a side of white rice. It was stiff and not fresh looking. Maybe thats the way it should be, but didn't look good. We spent around $575 between 5 of us. And yes we order almost everything they offered. I highly recommend this place. Great selection!“
“I'm so impressed, I have my new favorite place. I'm in love with the "Tom yam Goong" soup. It's bursting with so much flavor. You can choose your level of spice,I came for lunch and loved it so much I'm back for dinner.“
“I ordered a catering order from The Hive and it was a wonderful experience! They were very responsive and accommodating throughout the entire process. I ordered "The Boot", "B.L.A.T", "Chicken Salad", and "Basic Bee" and I had an overwhelming amount of people request that we order again for our next event. The food was amazing! Several people mentioned they're looking forward to trying more from the bakery! Thank you again for catering our event!“
“Fantastic! I don't know why it took me years to come back here. The regular pho bowl is HUGE, the pho broth OMG one of the best I've ever had. Flavorful and super delicious! Everyone who works there is also super nice. Shrimp Spring rolls were made fresh when we ordered them. Also, my green onion was shaped like a heart ❤️“
“The best PHO in a wide range from this area! Wow! I had given up on pho but my son found Ms Saigon and was having pho every other day! He convinced me to try it and I am totally hooked! Full of vegetables. Even the "small" is significant. Lots of other great dishes if your friends are reluctant to come to a "pho" place. Don't be too late for evening eat in. At 8:31 you will get takeout only. Can't say it enough... Great PHO!“
“We arrrived without a reservation on a Friday night. There was an obvious wait, but since we were only two, we probably didn't even actually wait 5 minutes for a table. Were were sat in a banquet in the bar area. Overall this place is very well built and decorated. It has an elegant feel that is not pretentious and feels very open and comfortable. I did note the way they constructed the ceiling, which sounds weird but here's why: This buildling is part of a strip building and so has a very high roof. Rather than dropping in a ceiling, they left it open all the way up. All support structures, lighting fixtures, sound system, etc. are painted black but the cool part is that they installed sound absorbing insulation on the roof and it makes a world of difference in the overall sound level (din) in the restaurant. Even though it is completely open concept and it was packed that night, it was still very pleasant and comfortably quiet for conversation. We were greeted promptly and we asked for a queso. Chips, salsa, and the queso came quickly and all were very good. I particularly like the tortilla chips. The thickness was just right: thick enough not to break in salsa or queso, yet not too thick to be overwhelming.I did ask for a soda and it was served in a can with a glass of ice. OK, that is so odd for a place this nice that I can only assume their fountain was broken. It made no difference to me and I didn't even ask.We had the Pollo con Hongos and a combo dish. Everything went very smoothly, the food came out quickly, and everyhting was very well done, nicely presented, and delicious. I particularly enjoyed the mushroom chicken dish. The portion was large and I had plenty left over for a next-day lunch.Overall this experience was wonderful and I am looking forward to visiting again. Great date night spot. Lively enough to be really fun, but to loud to have an intimate dinner.“
“Went on a Saturday evening around 8 pm. Food selection was great and the staff was cordial. Got in and out uner 45 minutes. The interior was whimsical and clean. An overall great experience. Will be back again!Parking: Parking is limited near this place.“
“We were a large group that called ahead. The staff were very helpful and kept refills on drinks. There are tons of options that you can add meat to if desired. Personally, I got the lunch sized fettuccine alfredo with broccoli, and it was lovely. The never-ending soup or salad, though, is a great deal and tons of great options. The vegetarian options are labeled, and the various options will please a varied crowd.Vegetarian options: Most of the menu is vegetarian with the option to add other vegetables if desired (for a charge, of course). The alfredo sauces are a great option, though heavy on the dairy*Double check on the red sauces before ordering.Dietary restrictions: Tons of vegitarian options with the option to add meat. The house salad is always a great shared option for groups, and toppings can be ordered on the side. A great option for brunch or lunch with friends.Parking: The parkimg lot is about average with those in the surrounding areas. There is plenty of parking up front and on the side with clear access for a wheelchair to a ramp and some on the other side with minor steps and parking in the back with some minor uneven and dips in the concrete which is typical for the area.“
“The most expensive salad spot I've ever been to in my life. That's a lot of salad places but the salads are made to your liking and the ingredients are top tier. If you have a good job this place is a great choice, however...I need a better paying job.“
“Joy and Love at Our Favorite Gathering Place! In our family is called “Ma’s FAVORITE place” we’ve enjoyed mouthwatering dishes served by an attentive crew within a welcoming setting perfect for sharing laughter and creating lasting family memories.I sent to you a earn appreciation for their thoughtfulness when catering to little ones ensures worry-free celebrations.“
“First time back in a number of years. Still looks the same. Not in a bad way. It was nice and clean. Waitress was very nice and kept up with water and checking on us. I had Moo Goo Gai Pan, my wife had Broccoli Chicken. Mine was ok but overall just ok. Wife said her's was very good. I tasted it and it was very good. She did ask for white sauce instead of the brown which is what it comes with. Affordable lunch at 8.50 a plate. I'll go back but will get another dish. Overall its worth a visit.“
“i tried salata for the first time today and it is definetly the best salad i’ve ever had! there’s so many amazing options and it was absolutely delicious. the cookies were amazing aswell. i’ll definetly be making this my go to salad place!“
“Food was great! Really great, actually. Atmosphere was very chill and not crazy busy like some other places in Dallas. Though, it was the middle of the week slightly after lunchtime. Very patient and accommodating staff as well. The chips were fresh and delicious, the sandwich was well seasoned and buttered, with the actual meat being soft with the right amount of bite. The fries were great! A little on the thinner side, if that makes a difference for anyone, but they had good flavor with the sauces involved. I was told the lobster bisque was very good, and the Mac n cheese was good. I just couldn't finish it there, but it still tasted pretty good reheated at home! I would highly recommend. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is the prices. I feel restaurants are getting crazy with prices these days, and seafood can be hard to determine what's fair or not, but even still it felt like a lot of money for certain items. I'd go again though! Just can't afford it every day.“
“Pretty solid place. You get generous portions.Orange chicken. Solid meal with actual orange zest. The chicken was fried well it wasn’t too soggy.~Lo mein. The noodles were good minus it had a slight burned taste to it. I’m not sure if that’s normal or just a fluke.!Seafood delight. Probably the best I ever had. It had good seafood flavors that mixed well with that sauce.:/Pupu platter. Not worth it. The egg rolls were soggy and tasted like old oil. The bbq ribs were dry. The chicken stick was good. The crab rangoons were good too. And the fried wings were good. The shrimp roll was probably the best thing.“
“Got the steak and egg breakfast bahn mi during my layover. They were super nice.Food was made fresh and super delicious and filling. I think about 17$ but standard for airport prices.Would definitely come back and tries their other food. I saw their rice dishes were super popular. The waitress was very nice and attentive to my allergy. This was refreshing compared to all the fried food available at the Dallas airport.Dietary restrictions: Took into account my allergyWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible seating“
“A healthy option for airport food. Salads and fresh made sandwiches. You can also order coffee and bottles of water or juice. Close to other shopping or dining if your group doesn’t all want to eat the same food.Vegetarian options: Salad and sandwiches“
“The food and service was great, as always; my only complaint that keeps it from being five stars is the noise level. it was extremely noisy compared to other restaurants ... it wasn't really that crowded, but the sound just resonated. Maybe a layout or design issue, but it really distracted from the meal.“
“3 times to order in the past 2 weeks. Had Kung Pao Chicken, Cashew Chicken and Hunan Chicken, all were very tasty, but they tasted about the same. Same use of vegetables and not much difference in the sauce. 2 spicy, 1 not, but tasted the same. Also ordered spring rolls. Won't order again. 3 very small rolls and works out to be about $.50 per bite.“
