Ordered a large Deluxe added mushrooms and green olives. I got a medium pepperoni with the mushrooms and black olives all piled in the middle. The pizza wasn’t even cut. Called to ask for the pizza I ordered to be made and delivered. After waiting on hold for more than 25 minutes, Louis the manager came on and was completely unhelpful, excusing the problem because they ‘were busy’. Ordered 3 sandwiches and small pizza on line. 1 meatball sub 1 Italian sub with everything, 1 Italian sub with no oil just mayo and added black olives. Well I got 3 Italian subs with everything. Called the manager remade the order this time i got 2 Italian subs with everything and a meatball the manger can’t even make the right order. Don’t order from Hutto store
The management at the store was disappointing. The woman in charge seemed to be repeatedly criticizing the staff in front of customers, which was uncomfortable to witness. She also appeared to be blaming customers for any delays caused by special orders, which seemed unprofessional. Despite her attitude, the team behind the scenes was evidently working diligently and efficiently.
