Went there the other day. The fries were fresh. I cried tears of happiness.
The staff is friendly, the orders are accurate, and the food is good!
I had a disappointing experience at the McDonald’s located at 12731 NE H.K. Dodgen Loop in Temple. The restaurant was noticeably dirty, which made the visit uncomfortable. When our food was brought out, the service felt cold and unwelcoming, with no friendly greeting or basic courtesy.
Cleanliness and customer service should be priorities, and unfortunately, both were lacking during this visit. I hope management addresses these issues and improves the overall experience...read full review
