“My husband and I were driving through Johnson City on our way to Fredericksburg and found this awesome food truck!! You never really know what you’re getting with a random food truck but OMG 😳 I ordered the cast iron hash and my husband ordered the scramble! They both were beyond delicious!!! The layers of flavors were to die for!! What a wonderful experience and a grand surprise! The owners were so very nice! I would recommend this food truck and rate it a 10 out of 10!!! “We popped into the winery to kick start our annual Fredericksburg girls’ trip and elected to do a white/red tasting. Lovely Pam
provided a simple tasting note explanation for each wine. She encouraged us to explore a few wines we had not planned on trying. Overall delightful experience, and we look forward to see her at one of the family ‘brand’ tasting rooms.”
