They have the “Vegabond,” a fully vegan burger option on the menu. The patty was fully loaded with quinoa, rice, and beans. Just wish it had some cheeze. The burger came out in just a few minutes. Updated from previous review on 2025-02-28

Pleasantly surprised to find a fantastic vegan burger option here in this TX airport. Not a Beyond Burger but rather a great homemade brown rice-quinoa-chickpea concoction with avocado and sriracha on a whole wheat bun. Delicious and fast friendly service. Had mine in under 5 minutes at 330pm on a Friday. Nice seating and atmosphere. #Veganuary

We had a late flight and needed dinner on our way home. We love the twisted root and so we wanted to stop in. Shenouda was super friendly and the food was fantastic! The atmosphere was fun. I would highly recommend
