The people that work here, including the kids, are usually friendly and helpful even after dealing with grumpy morning people or just grumpiness from customers in general. The team at Jarrell are awesome!“

“The new owners of Wendy's in Jarrell has really improved the resteraunt on quality, service and portion size!! We love to go there now and definitely get now what we pay for!! Also, they have never forgotten sauces, napkins and have never gotten an order incorrect!! They are polite and always welcome with a smile!!“

“The General Manager, Jennifer is amazing. I had an issue with an order and she was so professional and courteous when it came to solving the issue. What would have been a 1 star was immediately turned to a 5 just because of her and her willingness to help. Thank you.“

“Overall the Food and service was good. Based upon them not having any fresh chicken or spicy chicken, I had to wait 15 minutes in drive-thru. It would have been nice if they had offered me some water or snack for the long wait. Either way the service was nice“

“We stopped here for lunch and got Subway sandwiches and drink. They put it together fast and were friendly while making the sandwiches. We were pleased with the service and food. They don't have a bathroom, but the gas station portion of the facility does.“

“MICHAEL DESERVES A RAISE! He is a very personable person, provides excellent customer service, and is in general a great employee, I've been going to this location for a very very long time, and Michael was the person that finally made me feel like giving the location 5 stars.“
