The one on Randolph AFB generally does a very good job, and they stay very busy during the lunch rush hour. Kind of depends on who is working the counter, but overall the staff is friendly and gets it done.”

This place is a phenomenon. Ingredients in food don't have a soul. You bring that love and soul as the cook. Food is an emotional experience for me, and you can taste the love and passion Chef Sean Archer brings to every dish. From the scratch made pastas, sauces, bread, and desserts to the exceptional service and attention to detail, it was a 5-Star Experience and one of the best meals I've ever had...and as a classically French-trained Chef, I have had quite a few...but not many such as this. I got choked up expressing my gratitude in speaking with Sean. It was something I had been missing...the passion for what we do truly reflected in the food and service.
