We only had a couple of drinks (my guest said the beer was excellent) and did not have the time to try their food, but the menu looks amazing. We will definitely be back to try a pizza and other items on their menu.

Parking: We did not have any issue finding parking in the free parking lot.“

“This place is truly awesome. It has a huge beer selection and a pretty open air bar with bench seating. We brought my father-in-law to a pop up comedy show with us here. He is an elderly gentleman in a wheelchair. They were 100% accomodating of him. We all had a good time! Thank you so much to the staff who made him feel amazing!!!“

We got two cuban sandwiches that come with their handmade chips, we ordered a sprite separately since a drink does not come with the meal. Super clean looking truck, friendly owner/employee (unsure). The sandwich was so good and fresh, my husband kept talking about how good the homemade chips tasted. Nothing was greasy. Next time we’re going to ask for a little extra mustard. All of their menu items look good, definitely one of our new favorite places to eat.“

“Went through the drive thru for my visit, went to use a buy one get one concrete coupon I received while at a Round Rock Express game. One concrete was the butter pecan, and the other was the peach. Both were absolutely delicious! Big chunks of peaches, caramel and pecans very present, and the custard, I might never have ice cream again. Definitely can't wait to come back!“

“I recently visited Egg Laari and ordered their only paneer dish. I think it was called paneer gatalo. It was the perfect portion since I wasn’t super hungry, and it was just the right amount of food I needed. To my surprise, it happened to be their one year anniversary, so they gave me a complimentary gulab jamun as a thank you gift, which was a nice touch. All the food was good, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was friendly. I would definitely come back and try out other dishes. Highly recommend!“

“Unless you're going to Casa De Luz, you cannot have a healthier meal in Austin. The "bonus" of Nancy's Sky Garden is that you can have that meal with friends who are less vegan or even less vegetarian than you.

The force behind this restaurant is the same as Koriente (another fantastic dining choice, also sans atmosphere), where, on back outside wall, you can find a storied mission-statement painted on the wall. In short, a mother who wanted to give her children - and eventually the world - healthy, and delicious food. I've met her and her husband. They are the kindest, gentlest, happiest of people.

Back Nancy's Sky Garden: a beautiful garden of a plate, heaped with fruits, vegetables, and whatever starch of your choice, can also come with chicken or fish. Last, choose the sauce that suits your personality today. If I were you, I would also add on a bowl of soup. All of them sound dismally bland, but taste surprisingly delicious. And do not skip the revelatory sugarless cinnamon iced tea!

The giant platter of food with which you are presented will completely satisfy you, without any sense of having overdone things. You have a cheerful lightness at the end, and depart with joy.“

“Twin Creeks is an old-school roadside dive bar just off FM 2469 in North Austin. Opening hours are around 3pm to midnight each night. They have an indoor bar and outdoor seating next to a small creek with clear water and small fish. There is an indoor and outdoor stage and pool table as well. Bartender was very friendly when we popped in for a round of beers. Interesting mix of patrons came in during the afternoon hour we were there, most wanting to enjoy the great mid spring time weather outside. Just seemed like a really good, local watering hole in North Austin, a place I'd be glad to visit regularly if we lived in the area.“

“Very yummy and authentic food. The portions are very generous and can be easily shared. I've been on the hunt for Austin's best Sichuan Chili Fried Chicken and they definitely have one of the best. This one has a nicely balanced semi-sweet finish. Spicy, crispy, and full of flavor. The service here was great and they had a cool robot to deliver the food. There are friendly and attentive waiters ready to help too. I am excited to come back and try more dishes and share this place with friends and family.“

“My wife and I travel frequently to Austin and have for a number of years. With two of our children here, we have dined out at many of Austin's finest restaurants. I am a partner in a number of businesses in Sonoma County, California, including golf courses, theaters and a restaurant. I am rarely motivated to write a restaurant review, particularly a glowing review. My wife found Oz. Tap House online and it was very close to our hotel. My personal experience with tap houses is that they have great beer, but mediocre food and generally less than mediocre service. I went online and looked at the menu, still not particularly enthusiastic. But I decided to place a dinner order for my wife and I and was immediately blown away by the online ordering system. Virtually every menu item can be custom ordered in a dizzying variety of ways. I even remarked to my wife that it was the finest online ordering software that I had ever seen. But ordering is one thing and execution is another. My wife ordered the Oz. House Burger (Beef), cooked medium, substituting lettuce wrap for the bun and adding avocado with a small avocado jalapeno side salad. Again, the customization options were many. I ordered the Charcuterie Pretzel and a Side Caesar Salad, with no croutons. I knew the restaurant was only a couple of minute drive, but even then the speed of the announcement of the projected pickup time and the time itself was amazing; less than 15 minutes. When I picked up the meals at curbside, I told the waitress how impressed I had been with the online ordering system and she thanked me and told me she would have to tell her husband. Turns out Krista and her husband, Sean, own and operate the restaurant. I had assumed with the level of sophistication that it must be a franchise or chain, but no, Oz. is a true mom and pop restaurant. When leaving I told Krista that the proof would be in (i) whether the delivered food matched the order and (ii) the quality of the food. I had barely started eating when my wife announced that her salad was spectacular and the burger one of the best she had ever had. My meal was every bit as impressive. Again, uncharacteristically for me, I called Krista (even though the restaurant was hopping and I knew she was busy), just to tell her that the food was as good or better than the service. This is as advertised: true farm-to-market fare, exceedingly fresh, expertly prepared as ordered and quickly delivered. Yes, Oz. may not have McDonald's prices, but it has infinitely superior food, expertly prepared and efficiently delivered. We admittedly didn't even try what was probably the standout feature of the restaurant: the beer. I assume if the restaurant part of the tap house was spectacular, the beer side of it must be even more so. Next time. Do yourself a favor and try the Oz. Tap House. My very best wishes to Krista and Sean on a very successful business in a tough industry.“

“Mojo is local drive-thru coffee shop with a few branches around Austin including this place near the corner of FM 620 and Lake Creek Pkwy in North Austin. They are open from 5.30am(weekdays) and 6am (weekends), making them a convenient place for take-away coffee orders on your way to work as well as a place to stop by for an afternoon coffee while on the go. Passed by recently and tried their signature Andes Mint Mocha. This was a expectedly sweet mocha coffee with noticeable hints of mint flavour. It did taste a bit like Andes chocolate mints if in mocha form if that perks your interest. I'd potentially order that signature drink again or might just go with a classic cup of black next time around. Wait staff were very friendly and polite. Overall, this was an interesting and good coffee experience.“
