Hostess Julia has the BEST customer service, she made sure our school fundraiser had all questions answered prior to the date of the event. The date of the event she was so friendly, very helpful and even as busy and crowded as the place was she never lost her cool, she kept a smile on her face throughout the whole night, I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION IN KATY, TX to any Elementary School, any family member and anyone willing to give it a try.

I have been coming for 7 years to this Chuck E. Cheese. I went today with my three kids and spent 70$ . I bought two wrist bands for my kids . My son left his red wrist band in one of the game machines . Some Spanish lady that had a birthday party there , his son took the red wrist band of my son . She stole the wrist band in front of me .
