Second time at this location. First time chicken fried steak was tough and just horrible. I chase the best one. This time decided to try the fish and loaded mashed potatoes. Plesently surprised. The guy that seated us made sure my mom got to a closer booth so she didn't have to walk on the cane to far. Checked on us a few times through your visit. Our waitress took a little more time to get to us. You could tell she was busy. She got our order out and everything was correct....
Emily is absolutely wonderful! Every time I visit the bakery, she greets me with a warm smile and genuine kindness that instantly brightens my day. She’s not only friendly, but also incredibly knowledgeable about all the treats they offer, always ready with great recommendations and patient with my indecision. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. Emily is the kind of person who turns a simple bakery trip into a great experience.
Before walking in, I knew H.O.P. was gonna be good because the parking lot was so full. Walked in and was immediately seated. Kensley provided attentive service. Ordered chicken and waffles and the club breakfast, both were delicious. Overall, it was a good experience!
