My drive thru order totally messed up. Ordered 8 tender combo with okra side. Received 5 tenders and coleslaw that I cannot eat! I did not receive what I ordered. Found out when I got home. 20 minutes away. Called but no one picks up the phone! Will never be back.
30 minutes later and Katy police being called out after the manager Jackie said to take back our messed up order with no refund and they refused to replace the order. I can’t believe that with this Covid going around, they actually went through our food after we had eaten off it and had our germs all in the bag! Be careful as I did not see him change out the his gloves after ! They started with only giving me some sides, they it changed to we can replace the sandwiches, then...read full review
