“The food is so good and portions are amazing. Very simple and small but no matter if there is a line or not they get through it fast. Service is great typically last time I was there employee said it was “weird” that I was craving salad which was a bit off putting but he also told me he’s from a location in the woodlands so maybe he was just upset about the drive. Besides him everyone is super friendly and helpful!“

They didn’t Welcome me they all had attitudes! And they were trying to rush me through the line and I was trying to decide on what I want on my salad! I couldn’t have summed it up any better myself plus I wanted to add one thing
When your making an order you can add a name for them to write on your order and I (cause why not) added the name as Mr.Man just to see what they would think. The person who made the order did something that made my day… they added/drew a little stick figure with a hat with an arrow pointing to him saying Mr.Man.

“I always pick Salata for their fresh ingredients, delicious meats, and unique dressings. You can customize your salad or wrap with your preference of veggies or fruits. I recommend asking for a sample of their dressings. Their fresh herb is to die for. Ginger lime, Chipotle, or Mango are so delicious, too. You can always mix dressings, too. We went on for dinner and, like always, their servers are really friendly and attentive to your needs. I also recommend trying their team and lemonade. They are really good. The place is always clean. It's definitely the best salad bar. Recommended 100%“

Took care of my order inspite of me running short on cash to pay for it and all with a smile. The food was excellent and portion was generous too. Facility was clean and service was quick. Boy, can this guy cook! 3 of my dining friends had Sour Cream Enchiladas. The portions were most ample so there was take home, but they all raved about the flavor and freshness of the dish.
I have been on a Chile Relleno in Katy quest since Chuy’s quite offering their crispy Rellenos. I should have had them tonight, but instead opted for the beef fajita Queso Flameado’s. A HUGE portion of bubbling cheese and onion interspersed with lots of Fajita meat. This dish is unbelievably delicious!
Yes, I know I should have taken pictures, but we all devoured the meal.
El Asador also has a large party room that held 35 tonight.
If you haven’t been, you owe it to your “Love of Latin” food to stop in at El Asador. Tell Pablo, who is ALWAYS there, Great Day from me!“

“I stopped by this deli today. The sandwiches were excellent. We tried the turkey club and the Rachel. The meat was fresh, hot and moist. The bread was fresh. “Took a school group of 40 students from San Antonio there while at a competition in Katy. Had made arrangements in advance with Amy. Arrived and manager Chris took care of the group, processed tax-exempt, personally made sure that each table got everything ordered, and was pleasant and efficient the whole time. Very pleased with how they handled us. Students like Jason's because of the wide variety- sandwiches, pasta, potatoes, salad bar, grilled cheese and tomato soup, and all of the other choices. Not to mention the ice cream cones!“

“Brooklyn & Barry were so sweet! I accidentally ordered the Mild Italian Sausage, instead of the Plant-Based Italian Sausage on my pizza, and they were super nice about remaking it. Brooklyn even offered a complimentary drink while I waited cause it was so hot outside. “Oh my goodness their salad .and burger are sooo gooood, that's what I love most followed by the wings with chu6ix special sauce and that's what my 3 and 5 yrs old boys love most. They normally eat it with the vanilla milk shake and my older baby(5yrs old) will always say "this is so delicious mommy" anytime we are eating at the restaurant.

They also had a gluten free crust, so I said “why not?” It was so delicious and filling 😋 and the customer service was fantastic. I was in and out in under a minute. If you have a trailer, it shouldn’t be too difficult to park, since this location has plenty of parking spaces. Additionally, I think it’s important to mention that there’s no drive thru window. However, if you call ahead of time, they will walk out and hand you your food. Just ask where to park!
