He took over the front counter and after asking the customers if they had internet orders upon hearing that he had to actually ring up their orders He became visibly upset making a face and a loud sigh Having worked a Fast food registered myself for 5 years This is not how you greet a customer.“

“When I moved to Arlington I created a post on the Community Facebook page requesting recommendations for pizza in Arlington. I got a lot of feedback, but nobody mentioned Zio Al’s. My girlfriend told me it was by far the best pizza restaurant in town, and tonight she drug me in to try it. I was very skeptical because of the FB post, but I’m never eating at another Pizza restaurant in town again. I absolutely loved their supreme cheese stuffed crust pizza. However, I really wanted to do this review because of the service here. I have never in all of my life seen a more polite respectful and caring server. Diego was answering the phones and greeting customers by name and had an incredible personality. We were originally going to get our food to go, but the atmosphere was just the right tune for my girlfriend and I on our night out.“

The staff confirmed that seating was available, and I am ecstatic about my decision to call ahead, which proved to be an outstanding choice. “Moni's pizza is the very best in town. I ordered my pizza through the Slice App and they messed up my order. When I got home with my pizza and realized that it wasn't what I ordered, I contacted them and they we so nice about it and did everything to correct the problem. They went over and beyond to fix the situation to my satisfaction. I will never use the Slice App again because they only credited 30%of my money back. They made sure they kept their portion. I just sliced the Slice App from my phone. I will never order pizza from anywhere else except Moni's. Staff are wonderful and the Pizzas are delicious!“

“My daughter’s obsession with Pizza made me search for Pizza places and went from Papas John’s, Pizza Hut, Cicis pizza etc to finally finding this gem so it is now our go to place for pizzas and other items on the menu. Customer service is 10/10 always welcoming! I highly recommend this place. Ditch the big companies and supper small business! We love UZYS :)“

“The "Real" Nizza Pizza. Original recipe and quality food. You can compare this to other Nizza Pizzas and I bet you will agree Bek's Nizza Pizza is leaps and bounds better. I recommend this place if you want NY Pizza in Texas. Pics are of their Philly Cheeseteak and Spaghetti in Meat sauce.“

“My son and I wanted to try some new pizza and saw that Jet's was close to home so we gave it a shot. We got the regular hand tossed pepperoni with "Turbo crust" which was like Ramano and garlic or something, and it was fantastic. We also sampled the deep dish pepperoni and it was amazing as well, and I'm usually not much of a deep dish guy but I'd get it again for sure. I didn't get the owner's name but he was super friendly and accommodating. We will be back for sure!“

“We really love this place ! The food is always good and fresh. We did go Saturday and were disappointed because the bread had been microwave and it was so spongy and rubbery we couldn’t eat it. That is very out of the ordinary. We all commented Richie must not be here because he would never stand for microwaved bread. Lol all in all our meal was good and we will give grace this time.“

Manny was our server and he was exceptional, kind and helpful and the perfect amount of attentiveness but didn’t hover too much! And the food and apps were spot on. “Loved the friendly, energetic, fast service. Rae and her best friend killed it . They were on their game. Fast service. Very polite. And they moved constantly. Good location. Next to Albertsons in Burleson. Small hole in the wall. But worth a shot. Fair prices. Several items to choose from. Pizzas are large, served hot and they are tasty . Stromboli and their subs are also delicious.“

“The entire staff was so good. Very friendly and they got my order right to the maximum. I would definitely come back to this location. Best pizza around these parts. Service is fast, customer service is grade A, and the food is delicious. Again, best pizza place around. James had really good customer service skills, and his team was also very good. We got the works and switched the mushrooms for banana peppers, which was the perfect flavor, and got no olives. The lady was very generous with the cheese and toppings.

“I do some work in Arlington on the weekends. We live an hour away, we discovered this place in April. We look forward to going to this place. It is authentic as you can get. I've ordered alot of different things off the menu and everyone of them has been spot on incredible. I look forward to the house salad and house dressing, I even ask for extra. The dressing is so good they should sell it. I'll have lunch there and about a couple of hours later I'll have a couple litte burps and I can taste the house dressing. It's that good. If you like Italian food. This is the place to go.“

“First, when i looked at the reviews, i see images from 5 years ago. This place has better equipment now than before. The ambience is really good.

I was hungry and looking for a place to dine around uta under 10$ but all the places i wanted to go like Spicy bites or desi adda is way above my price point. The only places i can dine under my budget are this place and beirut rock (if u say u are a student, u get discount). The ambience is pretty cool. I went in the afternoon of summer and entering the store felt super pleasant. The store is very clean as u can see in the video. And finally the food tastes delicious too. The person who served me was a really a kind man.

So i would recommend to go to this place if u are on a budget or if u want to do a watch party or just generally want a place to hang out.

Vibe is different. Its tattoo parlor / head shop meets , 70’s, 80’s lounge. Maybe like a friend from the 80’s basement?
The food is really good. Salad burgers division corncake.
Staff is not very engaging and don’t give an experience but are very nice when you do engage them. It’s more of if you need them you can find them.
They have a following.
Pool table in the back room with a coin machine for quarters.
I’m going back for the salad and to try the pizza.“

Even offered Parmesan and red pepper packs. Pizza Hut could learn a thing or two from Cici's... but probably not, and I prefer Cici's. I have had several burnt and 'questionable' pizzas from Pizza Hut, plus Pizza Hut charges for Parmesan and red pepper packs... but never a bad pizza from Cici's. You can quote me on that!“

Sam uses the best ingredients and personally sees that your pizza is cooked as ordered.

“Great service, order was ready when expected & pizza was awesome once we baked it at home. Highly recommend using the baking tips on the instructions insert. I slide the pizza off directly to the oven rack for the last few minutes of baking and always get a perfectly crispy crust which we love!“
