Then, as a type 1 diabetic paying for a DIET coke, imagine my disappointment when I received a regular coke? Coma and or death awaits. Went back and took it inside and kid replied that we ordered regular coke. Are you kidding me? If he had misheard us and used the screen like they are supposed to, we would have seen his error but then their order processing times would look way worse so why do that? To add insult to injury, manager was working counter, heard this and said NOTHING. I tried to do the survey at mcdvoice.com as is PRINTED ON THEIR RECEIPT, BUT they conveniently do not have the required 26 digit code on their receipts. What a disgrace to the franchise. Not our first bad experience here so we wanted to give them a third chance but we are done.“

“I can always count on INSTANT service in the drive thru. They are a perfect example of fast food. Most fast food stores have me waiting for 10-15 mins. I am always impressed. But even the best can sometimes fail. My last visit I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel. It wasn’t juicy and warm and delicious. Instead it was dry (bread and meet). The yellow sauce was sloppy and all over the bun; making it a mess to eat at my desk. Keep up the good work. You’re still the number 1 FAST food store in this city.“
