Based on the reviews, The Pinnacle Grill offers an experience from start to finish. The first thing that catches attention is the building itself, with a very cool mid-century vibe. The views are outstanding, incredible, and some of the best in the hill country, making for an unforgettable setting. The service is warm, attentive, friendly, and wonderful. The food is incredible, with real intention and craftsmanship. The Wagyu steak is highly recommended, and the Wagyu chicken fried steak and the Wagyu filet were all agreed to be probably the best meal in years. The smoked short rib was outstanding, perfectly tender with just the right amount of smoke. The Spare Rib with mashers was perfectly cooked, and the Fish and Chips were crisp and not greasy. The BBQ burger was flavorful and cooked perfectly. The Bourbon Pecan Pie was excellent. The prime rib eggrolls and tuna tostada apps cannot be missed. Whether for business or pleasure, it is a win.
