I came here because Little Jamaica was closed and its a big difference. Ava Rice and Peas is better however the amount of Jerk Chicken we got for a large was very small (looked like a thigh cut in 3 pieces). Usually we have enough left over for my husband to take for lunch. The chicken itself didn't have any sauce or juice on it so maybe it was a dry rub which was sweet not much heat. The food here is absolutely incredible! I ordered jerk chicken, curry chicken with their rice and beans. The meat was moist and flavorful down to the bone ??️ Toe curling deliciousness!
We have not eaten here, but Tracy teaches Line Dance and Swing here and we had a really good time! 10 stars for atmosphere and not one, but TWO Clean Plate Awards!!!
