I wish the employee would tell me that the quacomole is missing in my order,because they out . Don't act like you didn't know. That's very upsetting. 😡 Then tell me to call for a credit.

The workers seem very unhappy and unmotivated. The portions are very small unless you ask for more.
Me and my husband had lunch their the food was fresh and hot we really enjoy ourselves and staff was so friendly

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers fresh ingredients, generous portions, and food that tastes excellent. The new location on Stan Schlueter Loop in Killeen is clean, and the staff is friendly and efficient. Orders are made exactly how customers want them, and the service is quick and super friendly, with staff patient with questions. The food has perfect texture and temperature, and portion sizes are huge. Chicken pieces are huge, and plates are normal loaded. However, some experiences have been frustrating. One customer wished an employee would tell them that the guacamole is missing because they are out, instead of acting like they did not know, then telling them to call for a credit. Another had a frustrating experience when a husband ordered double chicken, but an employee only put one scoop on his bowl and insisted she had put two scoops. A kind, helpful, and professional employee immediately fixed the situation and apologized on behalf of the other employee. The Chipotle Vinaigrette seems to be always out at this location, even early in the day. Chips were a lil hard, and the drive thru is a lil skinny for big SUV/trucks. The place is still trying to find their rhythm.
