We went to Texas Roadhouse tonight to celebrate our twins 10th birthday. Told them on the way to the table it was their birthday. The whole meal they were going around singing happy birthday to people. We finished our food and paid. We waited a little longer. Then the manager came and asked how everything was. I love Texas Roadhouse..food is always good. but the service at this Killeen location is HORRIBLE!!!!!! I always return because of the food. & I've expressed the service to management every time I go & they always try to offer a discount or gift card, im not asking for anything free
