“Wow. Wow. Wow. I have never been to Poke Yana and decided to try it today. Upon coming in, I noticed how clean the restaurant was. Looking at the food selection, I also could tell that the food was super fresh and there were so many options. I did a cyob with 2 proteins (shrimp and crawfish) and it was LOADED with sides. I didn’t feel bogged down or “heavy” after eating it and everything tasted like whole, fresh foods. They make their own kimchi and it was very tasty. 10/10 recommend. Def go give it a try. They have raw and cooked options for proteins.“

“Everything I ordered was really good overall. The orange chicken was tasty and had great flavor. The chicken egg rolls were the highlight—crispy and even better with their sauce, which made them super delicious. The only downside was the white rice, which wasn’t as good as I expected. Next time, I’ll probably go with the fried rice instead. Still a solid experience and I’d definitely come back again!“

“It was the first time visiting Yama and it definitely won't be the last. The entire restaurant is very clean and inviting. We had Dylan as our server and he was great. Our drinks were always kept full and he was always checking to see how things were and if we needed more meat. The buffet tables with vegetables, sauces, addins, sushi, etc. were kept clean and well organized. All the food we had was fresh and tasty with lots of flavor.
I will definitely be stopping by again whenever I am coming through town again on business.“

“Shogun Japanese restaurant is a perfect example that the popularity of a restaurant is not totally driven by the food. Factors such as atmosphere, service and value distinguishes Shogun. The show in front of you never gets old. The prepared meal is simple, hot and tasty. Being a Ketogenic person I find the simple ingredients of shrimp, fish, chicken, beef and mixed vegetables consistent with my preferences. If you haven’t tried Shogun recently, take the family and enjoy the experience.“

“My boyfriend and I have gone to HB Steakhouse about twice a month for the past 2 years. And before we were together, I regularly went to pick up rice for my father and I. “Awesome experience before catching my flight back to Sydney. Came here for lunch and it was the perfect way to wrap up my time in the USA.
The food was excellent. Melted butter over rice with teriyaki chicken was unreal. Shrimp and steak were cooked perfectly and full of flavour.
The server was hilarious and kept the whole table engaged. Made the experience even better.
Great time with my American family. A memory I’ll always carry with me.

“Please see all updates for an honest review.
Thoughts, when a customer calls up due to there order being incorrect, maybe don’t blame them for grabbing the wrong order(especially when you handed it to them).
Secondly, at least apologize before you make said customer drive back and bring you the incorrect bowl in order to get the correct one.
Thirdly, at least offer something for the inconvenience(transparency, if they had felt genuinely bad about the situation from the start I would’ve turned it down, mistakes happen).
Furthermore when the customer leaves with the correct order, the least you could do is assure it’s good food and not dried out.
$33 wasted, food in trash. You took advantage of me!
Update: thanks for reaching out, I guess? No offer to refund or replace huh? Food still in trash can where it belonged if you want it back. Sincerity goes further than lip service.
