“I have been a long time customer of Sarku. I have read the bad reviews and I know every experience can be different but I have had only good experiences at this location. The service has always been friendly. This location is always busy and the line can get long. No matter how long the line I have never had to wait too long. The cooks have been the same ones for years now. They know how to cook the chicken just right. I have had teriyaki chicken at other places and the chicken is burnt. I have never had that issue here. I will say the prices have gone up but they have gone up everywhere so it's unfair for people to leave a bad review because they think the prices are too high. However, their portion sizes are plenty and I usually get double meat so I have enough for lunch the next day. Their drink cups are BIG so when you spend $2.50 you get alota soda vs other places with their small cups for the same price. Before covid they offered refills but that is gone. Smh. I recommend this place for some good teriyaki.“

“The food was pretty good. Everything came out fast and in an orderly fashion. We had an amazing server and he was on top of it. I was really impressed with him. He was working yesterday afternoon. My only critique is the shrimp fried rice was overcooked but everything else was really good. The Scallops were divine and I will be ordering more of them next time. I would eat here again and I likely see it happening again in the future. We only spent a little under $100 for three people with 3 entrees and 3 Appetizers. If was really reasonable.“

“I remember getting food from here when they newly opened, I came back and they’ve completely changed for the better! The people who work here are so kind! I ordered for pickup one time and they accidentally gave me the wrong order. I came back and they were so nice and understanding for the inconvenience; they even gave me a free bowl for my next visit :). I order the Orange Spicy Chicken with noodles and no veggies, SO GOOD!“
